Eligibility Requirements
- ✔ At least 16 years old
- ✔ Junior High School Completer or ALS Equivalent
- ✔ Physically fit for training

- 📄 Report Card / Diploma / Transcript of Records
- 📄 PSA Birth Certificate
- 📄 Barangay Clearance / Certificate of Good Moral
- 📄 Medical Certificate (Fit to Train)
- 📄 Additional documents may be required depending on the scholarship program.
